Brett has had the flu for the last five days. 103 degree fever, runny nose, cough... the works. Sad. Check out the major bags under his eyes. If that's not the saddest face you've ever seen, I don't know what is.
Yet, he still managed to give us a smile every now and then.
Yes, he's totally wearing a necklace. But he can pull it off.And help out a bit with the housework. I'm all about child slave labor. He gets paid in milk & Teddy Grahams.
Sometimes we call him Linus, because he carries his blanket everywhere.

Doesn't his hair look a little bit red?To make up for my Walmart anxiety, I'm going to my happy place tonight. No, not Disneyland (that's Nate's happy place)... Target. With my friend Jen. No kids. And then we're going to a movie. My life is sweet, most of the time.

oh man, that first picture of him with the "sick eyes" makes me sad! it's the WORST when they're sick. but even sick as a dog he's still such a handsome little guy!

I am glad Brett is feeling somewhat better. Poor guy. HEy I am going to call you in a bit. I am leaving to Alb. today my grandparents are both sick so we are going to visit. But can we do lunch and the park next Monday?

Hey Shar! It's been a while since I've checked out your blog BECAUSE we have also been dealing with that same flu in our house. Baby Kayla had the 103 fever for the past five days, which turned into ear infections, and she is so stuffed up that she can't nurse! It's so sad & frustrating. Ty has had some kind of weird stomach virus and was vomiting for 24 hours. It's been a real adventure at my place! Hope your little guy is feeling better now. He is SO ADORABLE!!!
