And it is good!
I've decided that it's almost impossible to mess up jam:-Squish the berries.
-Measure the berry puree.
-Measure the 17 1/2 million cups of sugar per batch.
-Pour the sugar into the berry bowl and stir.
-Boil the magic jam powder.
-Stir it in the berry/sugar bowl.
-Pour it in the jam containers.
-Lick the bowl.
-And the spoon.
and... voila.
Jam for months. Can't wait for strawberry season!
