This is how I found Brett in his crib when I went to wake him up from his nap. It made me laugh.
This is how he wanted to sleep at the University Mall a couple of weeks ago. He slept like this for over an hour.........

And in more completely unrelated-to-this-post news, my parents house got broken into last week. They came in through my brother's window and took some of my brothers stuff (Laptop, X-Box, Playstation, and a knife from my dad).

ok first of all CUTE sleeping pics of Brett. i can't even begin to guess what he will be for Halloween but i am betting it is awesome...cuz that's how that kid rolls...in awesomeness.
secondly...wow on the kid getting caught red handed. did your brother know him? was he a "friend" who spied the loot and knew what he was going back for?
CraZy awesome that a cop was able to get him...and that your brother got his stuff back so fast!
scary about your parents house!!! But rad about the undercover cop! Brett's costume reminds me of wheres waldo, mostly because of what looks like red and white stripes!
What a funny kid. I feel like sleeping like that some days, too, I must admit. Butt up in the air, snug as a bug in a rug. Yawn.
And that totally sucks about the 'rents house. Bummer. But they must be doing something right to have had an UC watching the whole time. Niiice.

I'm pretty sure I know what Brett is going to be. Am I supposed to ruin the surprise? To infinity and beyond! Right? Or maybe I'm wrong.
You guys having your big Halloween bash again this year? Morgan is sad we don't have a party to go to. Maybe we'll have to come crash yours some year.
That is so funny that Brett really slept like that for an hour. I'll bet you got some good shopping in. But University Mall a COUPLE of weeks ago? I didn't know you came into town!
And your brother is so freaking lucky that a cop busted that kid.

Sorry to hear about your parents'' house being broken into, glad the cop got him though. Did the policeman have to watch him break in so he could arrest him? Kind of unnerving to think about.

About 6 months after we bought our first home in the same city that your parents live in our house got broken in to as well! However, we did not get our stuff back... we were just left with a house full of that sick black dust that they use for finger printing. I almost put a "for sale" sign up that day. I wanted OUT of that place ASAP!
I am so happy that they caught that dang kid and that your parents got their stuff back! phew!

I got Ethan that same crib bumper! Don't you love it? I loved it so much I got the twin quilt too, for the "big boy" bed to match the crib :) Gotta love PBK.
I'm fairly confident that I know what your boy is being for Halloween....that also will match Ethan! How funny. My kids costumes came last week in the mail and they haven't stopped playing in them since--Ethan thinks the wings and the light-up buttons are very cool.
I'm coming to Farmington for Thanksgiving this year--I'll have to come see you!
