So, here it goes...
We just got back from visiting my parents in California. We had a blast. Every time we go there, the time just flies because we are constantly running around doing things...
Like going to Disneyland for 2 days straight. I think it's enough to wear anyone out. Brett made it super fun by being ornery as hell for at least half of each day. And happy the other half, so I guess it was worth it.

And to prove I was actually there, here are some pictures courtesy of the Buzz Lightyear ride. P.S. I am very serious about the Buzz Lightyear ride. I don't mess around and don't go on it to have fun. I go on it to get the most points and win.

Good times.Then we went white water rafting one day. It was so fun. Not the getting up at 4:30 a.m. part, or the part where we took the 1 1/2 hour longer scenic route, but the getting there and actually going down the river part. Nate and I went with my dad, brother, and BFF Lindsey. We had a great time. No pictures because my camera stayed in my dad's truck. But I'm sure no one wants to see a picture of me eating crap in the kayak on the very last rapid of the very last run we did. It wasn't pretty. Or warm. Or dry.
So, sorry crackhead thieves. We're back. Don't come to my house unless you want to help with the vacation laundry (and we all know that vacation laundry is the worst), or I'll shoot you with my gun.

Brett is so cute. Gwen asks about him a lot. But usually she just asks for her friend or buddy. I don't think she ever did remember his name.
How fun! Taking Brecken to Disneyland just doesn't sound fun. She would be a stinker the WHOLE day. I HATE vacation laundry. Glad you had a fun trip...I was thinking you hadn't posted in a while.

Looks like Brett had so much fun (except for the crabby pics at the beginning). Kudos to you for rocking the Buzz Lightyear game--I played it at Disneyworld and royally failed. Maybe you'll have to give me some pointers. So, now I've found your blog, I'll definitely be checking in on you, so stay out of trouble!
