Sad Ending, Happy Ending, And Holla Back

We went and saw this two nights ago. Extremely slow, sad, realistic but it was excellent. If you like happy endings, this movie is so not for you. But there weren't a lot of happy endings during the Holocaust, so it's to be expected. I love WWII history so I thought it was great. I'd definitely recommend it.

Tonight, we had a date night and Jessie and I talked our husbands into Twilight. Nate was not a happy camper before the show, but I think that he secretly wanted to see it. Grant wanted to see what all the hype was about.Ooh. Don't you love this picture It's hot.

During the previews I leaned over to Nate and said, "Don't say anything about the movie that will ruin it for me." He did a pretty good job, but he did say that Edward looked like Bam Margera from Jackass. But I disagreed.

Both husbands liked it. I think they liked it more than they would say.

On a completely unrelated note, I'm getting address labels ready for Christmas cards. Please email me your address, even if you think I have it. If you want a Christmas card, and you know I don't have your address, email me. And... I love receiving Christmas cards... so send me one hoochies! Thanks. I'm really looking forward to seeing a picture of your family sitting by the tree in your Santa hats, Christmas sweaters, and sipping your mugs of cocoa.

I'm thinking of seeing Twilight for my second time next week....was that your twentieth time like Ash's?!
I heard a rumor that involves Bunco and you?! I sure hope so!

Yeah one of these days Kari wants me to see the movie.
/Yes I read the books.
/Meh

Spoiler alert---

I cant wait for the 4th movie though. That was when it got real interesting. She finally falls in love with a Donkey. I could not believe that she would fall in love with 3 Jackasses!

Okay that is the only joke I have about twilight.

I love your movie reviews. Thank you for them.

I took Bryant to see Twilight last night and he actually really liked it. He tried to play cool and say that he just thought the fight scenes were neat, but I know he secretly can't wait for the next one to come out!

I won’t be surprised if I come home and see Grants face in the Twilight books over the next couple of days!

The boy in the striped pajamas was really good...well what I saw at least...but sort of hard to watch at times. Defiantly realistic like you said!

I can't bring myself to watch that movie...I'm such a baby when it comes to people being treated poorly that don't deserve it....seriously...can't even think about it right now....

Bret listened to Twlight on tape and then confessed that he had...he said he had to FF through the uber cheesy parts but is willing to see the movie with me if that means he'll get some afterwards (he probably would too...if he didn't mind me pretending that he was edward) HA!

p.s. thanks for typing PENIS on my blog...it's already R rated....

Oh yes, the husband wants to see that movie and since he went to Twilight with me (and now I'm reading the books to him) I'll go see that movie. WWII stories are so fascinating.

David and I saw that last night for date night and loved it. We bought the book (twilight) 2 weeks ago and had ***good*** intentions on reading it before we want and saw it. But alas it didn't happen. I was a pretty great movie! I was pleasantly surprised.
